The mission of the Bedford County Single County Authority (SCA) through Personal Solutions Inc. is to make available affordable drug and alcohol services to Bedford County residents, who are in need. Services include prevention, intervention, case management, and treatment activities, as well as guidance and technical assistance to county groups, agencies, and schools who are striving for a drug free environment.
